Returns
You have 14 working days from the delivery date to request a return.
Please note: Sale items are non refundable.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition & returned within 14 days.
We cannot accept returns on items that:
- Show signs of wear
- Have makeup, fake tan, or perfume marks
- Are damaged due to misuse, force, or improper care

If a dress is returned in an unsuitable condition, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued. The item will be sent back to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we receive your item and it passes inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return postage fees
